Frequently Asked Questions!

Do you do trial adoptions?

It is a known fact it takes a dog 90 days to settle into a new home and show their true personality so a trial adoption would not give you an idea of what to ultimately expect from a new dog. As well, cats can take months to get comfortable with changes in a home, so would also not give you an idea of what to expect.

Support the Rescue in Stylish Swag

What if you wanted to help your favourite dog rescue but weren’t able to foster, or adopt, or volunteer? Finding Them Homes has some very nice clothing for men AND women, as well as licence plate frames, baseball caps, doggy water bottles and stickers for purchase to raise funds to rescue more dogs.

We are very excited and honoured to become a PetSmart Charities grantee!! Grant funds of $50,000 will go directly toward our upcoming First Nation’s Community spay/neuter/vaccination clinics. This grant allows Finding Them Homes to continue with our mission of reducing the over-population of dogs in these communities while also providing much needed veterinarian services, education and support!
