Adoption Application

Adopting a dog requires a serious commitment of time and resources. Finding Them Homes-James Bay Pawsitive Rescue wants to ensure that prospective owners are fully aware and capable of fulfilling the requirements to properly care for the dogs they provide. In turn, prospective owners need to demonstrate that they are willing and able to meet these requirements. This will lead to better match-ups of dogs and owners and help avoid unpleasant surprises and disappointment.

All information must be completed and will be held in strict privacy.
All applicants must be 18 years or older.

IMPORTANT

It is the recommendation of FTH that every newly adopted dog remain on leash, both inside and out, for a minimum of 14 days. As most of our dogs are outdoor dogs and strays, this will help prevent dogs running away as they are adjusting to their new home. At the same time it will help start building the bond between you and the dog. Thank you!
